Laws and Prosser Team Up for TA2 Enduro at Queensland Raceway

As the TA2 Tag Team Enduro approaches, one of the final teams to be confirmed is young Racing Academy driver Cameron Laws and former RX8 and Australian Mod Lights Champion Aaron Prosser who will be making his second appearance for 2025 in the TA2 Muscle Car Series at Queensland Raceway this weekend August 15-17.

Laws who currently sits ninth in the TA2 Championship and 27th in Trico Trans Am said this weekend was all about the tyres and patience and is looking forward to the different format.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to spend quite a bit of time on the Goodyears this year so hopefully that puts us in a good position but the competition is also really strong and I doubt it will take long to get their heads around it” says Laws.

“I love the way TA2 has an enduro event as part of its calendar and although I can’t commit to the whole TA2 season, getting the opportunity to partner Aaron in his Mustang was too good to refuse.”

Prosser who has had limited time in the car in 2025 said that driving at his home event at Queensland Raceway and teaming up with young gun Laws was something he couldn’t miss.

“Work has been so busy this year that getting to track has been difficult but with QR down the road and with Cam being available, I just couldn’t sit at home and watch it on television,” said the two Time Australian Racing Champion.

“I can’t believe the depth of the talent that’s signed up for the event and to be frank I reckon it will be super cool just to be competing with the likes of Lowndes, Kostecki and Golding.”

The format will see a sprint race for each of the team drivers both Saturday and Sunday while two 45-minute enduro races will feature a compulsory driver change mid race with the team that has accumulated the most points over all 6 races declared the winner of the 2025 QLD Raceway TA2 Tag Team Enduro. Grid positions for the mini enduro races will be determined on how each driver performs in their own individual sprint races.

Round five of the TFH Hire TA2 Muscle Car Series presented by Maritimo Luxury Yachts is the headline act for the Hi-Tec Super Series and kicks off August 15-17 at Queensland Raceway. Saturday and Sunday’s action can be watched live and free to air on SBS Free to Air, SBS On Demand and simulcast to Fox Sports and Kayo Sports.
